Reporting Issues Direct to NELC
Please find attached, a guide to how residents can report issues direct to NELC.
This is a simple, one-off process which remembers your details and once completed, gives a 'tracker number' to avoid misunderstandings or the 'I don't know who I spoke to on the phone' issues. It is often quicker to take your concerns directly to NELC, but Laceby Village Council are always available to help.
